Choose the canvas for the job
| Use | Output shape | Check |
|---|---|---|
| Product grid | 1:1 Square | The whole item fits; the background meets your listing rules. |
| Store banner | 1.91:1 Banner | The product and space for copy fit your theme’s actual crop. |
| Campaign image | 16:9 Widescreen | The result fits your placement; no extra item has appeared. |
This page opens on 1:1 Product Square. In Output shape, choose 1.91:1 Banner or 16:9 Widescreen for a wider canvas. Check the destination’s actual image requirements and crop.
Continue the background
Use a sharp photo with the entire item visible. A cut-off handle, a cropped label, or a mirror reflection asks the model to invent product details. Use a wider source or a manual edit when those details must be exact.
Continue the same studio background and soft shadow. Keep one mug; add no text, props, or extra products.
Inspect before publishing
- Compare the outline, handle, color, logo, and label with the source at full size.
- Check the new background for repeated objects, broken shadows, and visible seams.
- Read the downloaded dimensions and preview the image in the actual listing or theme.
Reject changed product details. A border or crop may be a better choice when the original pixels must stay exact.

Does a square image automatically meet marketplace requirements?
No. A 1:1 canvas sets the shape only. Background color, product coverage, image size, and allowed edits depend on the marketplace and listing type. Check the destination requirements before publishing.
Can the AI change product details?
Yes. Compare logos, labels, handles, texture, reflections, and the product outline with the source at full size. Reject a result that changes the item you sell; a plausible image is not proof of an accurate product.
How many credits does each version use?
Each generated image uses 1 credit. A square version and a wide version are separate generations. Upload and canvas setup are available before sign-in; sign in and check the displayed credit cost before generating.
